By accessing and using Ascension Studio ("the Service"), our AI-powered film creation platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Permission is granted to use Ascension Studio for creating AI-generated content according to your subscription plan. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

• Use the service for illegal or harmful content generation
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Use the service to create content that violates third-party rights
• Share your account credentials with others

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is:

• Accurate, complete, and current
• Not misleading or fraudulent
• Your own information (not impersonating others)

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use Ascension Studio to:

• Create content that violates laws or regulations
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Create deepfakes or misleading content without proper disclosure
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Create content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our AI systems

You retain ownership of content you create using Ascension Studio, including your scripts, prompts, and generated videos. However, by using our Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the AI generation services.

Our AI models, algorithms, and platform technology are owned by Ascension Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated content using our AI models may be subject to certain usage restrictions depending on your subscription plan and the specific AI models used.

If you purchase a subscription plan or credit packages, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Credit packages are one-time purchases with no expiration
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ASCENSION STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
